Owe the IRS and want to pay your taxes online? Now you can.

Not that any of us wanOnline.t to pay anymore to our friend Uncle Sam, but if you have to, you have another option. You can pay taxes online with no additional fees using IRS Direct Pay. You can use this feature to pay your tax bill at the end of the year, or your estimated tax payments throughout the year. IRS Direct Pay offers 30 day advance payment scheduling/cancellations, and a payment status search. This is only used for payments from checking or savings accounts, so if you plan to charge your tax bill, you will still pay fees for that service.

With this new service, you no longer have to mail in a check to the IRS to pay your tax bill or your estimated taxes; you can just schedule and pay online.
